Shipping Policy

We only currently ship within the UK, but we're hoping to broaden our horizons in the near future. Standard shipping only £4.99 with Royal Mail.

Return & Exchange Policy

Need to send something back? No problem!

 

Nobody likes the thought of having to return something – it’s time and effort you’d rather spend working out. And we agree.

 

While we don’t pay for postage, we do like to think we make the rest of our process as straightforward as possible. In fact, here’s our five-step guide to making sure your product gets back to our warehouse quickly and safely:

 

  1. Download and fill out this form  and include it inside your package

  2. Pick your preferred domestic postal service (Royal Mail, DPD, UPS, etc.)

  3. Send your package via standard shipping

  4. Remember to get a proof of postage (just in case!)

  5. Keep your paperwork until you’ve heard we’ve received your package

 

Xplore Lifestyle returns policy

 

  • You have 30 days from the date you purchased your item(s) to return them – including transit times to our warehouse.

  • The same 30-day period applies to faulty items – any claims after this will be considered normal wear and tear, and will be subject to denial.

  • Item(s) must be unworn and unwashed, with their original tags attached – we cannot accept or resell anything with stains or wear and tear marks.

  • Underwear and socks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

  • If you’re looking to exchange for a different size, please let us know by clearly marking your desired size in the space provided in the returns form.

  • Exchanges can only make up the original value of your purchased item(s) and are sent out on a standard delivery service.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for sales or clearance items.

  • If, on the off chance, you’ve received a faulty item, please contact our customer services department on Enquires@xplorelifestyle.co.uk so we can discuss and sort out your issue.

  • We may ask for photographic evidence to evaluate whether or not an item is faulty.

  • All returns and exchanges will be processed once they arrive at our warehouse, when we can then determine an appropriate action.

  • Return parcels remain your responsibility until we receive the item(s) at our warehouse.

  • All returns and exchanges can take up to 2-5 working days to process.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
